2008 National Science Week Schools' Kit

Each year ASTA produces the National Science Week Schools Kit, which in 2008 have been sent to every Australian preschool and school as well as to TAFE institutes that offer the Senior Secondary Certificate of Education and to Adult Entry schools in SA.

The Kit was addressed to either the Science Coordinator (primary), Head of Science (secondary),Preschool Director or Coordinator of SSCE Programs (or similar).

Inside the 2008 National Science Week Kit you will find:

• A free ASTA Teacher Resource Book Planet Earth - Planet of Change
  

• School News 2008

• National Science Week posters and bookmarks for you to use around the classroom/school

• Information on your state or territory’s National Science Week events and activities as well as national events that you can be a part of

• A Science Teacher Association membership form for your state or territory. If you are a member you will receive your own copy of the ASTA Resource Book

• A information sheet and application form for applying for a National Science Week school grant in your state or territory

• Other information sheets and flyers about National Science Week, science resources and competitions
